Brookfield Wisconsin can brag almost two decades of Farmer's Market success....with more vendors and events added yearly. It is a Saturday morning ritual for many residents and attracts shoppers and vendors from neaby communities as well from May thru the end of October 7:30 am to noon.
The market is easy to find, held in the parking lot of city hall at: 2000 north Calhoun Road...just 3 blocks south of north avenue or 14 blocks north of Bluemound Road...two of the main streets in Brookfield.
We enjoy a stroll through the aisles and know that we will find a centerpiece for the table or an addition to the garden with a wide variety of annuals and perennials ....lots of fresh ingredients for salad from herbs to dress to the crunch and fresh picked flavor of the season's vegetables.
Brookfield goes beyond what some markets may have as just produce and flower stands...you are likely to find a demonstration by a chef....bakery, cookbooks, music....a treat for ALL your senses !
In addition...mark your calendars....on the 3rd Saturday of the month...the market is greatly expanded with the "Market and More" feature which adds about 100 arts and crafts vendors to the market.lan t
Plan to make the Brookfield Farmers Market a Saturday morning field trip....an exercise in patronizing local businesses, a welcome addition to your weekend menu.....Enjoy !
When you experience just one of the many events Brookfield has to offer...you may decide that you want to call it home...and you know you can call us and we will be happy to be your tour guides and show you why we have called Wisconsin home for a lifetime.
