People are interested because the original is back and you know what the message is? Customer service!! So this is now a huge company and they are looking back at how they do things and update how to serve the customer to the best of their ability.
I am not a shareholder, but now I think maybe I should be because this is my message to myself with my business and it is for all the companies I have stock in... what are you doing today for your customer? How are you making every customer feel special?
Now to our business.
How can you make your sellers feel special? Oh this is NOT easy. It is not suppose to be easy. Are you marketing every property like it is your own? In our Michigan market that is all we can do because the prices are just so painful. We must market like our careers depend on it. Oh yea, they do!
How can you make you buyers feel special? If you work with buyers this should be easy. Buyers are gold. I am interested to hear how you do this.
