When people ask me "how is real estate". I like to know the numbers. Well this week I can say fourty two single family homes went under contract in the 22192 zip code area in the past thirty days.

The Lake Ridge Virginia area and surrounding communities is still seeing a strong market. Average days on market for homes priced well and in good condition is 35 days or less to receive a contract! The highest price home to get a contract this month was a stunning home on the point at River Falls on The Occouquan listed at $1,375,000 by NocDo of Long and Foster. I walked that home when it was under construction, it is an amazing piece of property!
