Sellers in Bedford  often ask about home inspections,should they do one, what are the benefits of a home inspection?

I suggest to all seller in Bedford to get a home inspection! Why? It eliminates one step in the equation. Its always a little awkward in that a contract in negotiated and then re-negotiated after the Bedford Home Inspection.

Without a pre-listing home inspection the contract usually goes this way. You negotiate price subject to inspection, then once the inspection is complete, you renegotiate what is or is not to be repaired.
