Tonight is the Iron County Historical Society fundraiser dinner and program.  This will take place at the Frontier Homestead State Park.  This begins at 6 PM with a Dutch Oven dinner.  The program will feature author Jolene Allphin, she wrote the book “Tell My  Story Too.”  This is a collection of biographical sketches of the pioneers in the Willie and Martin Handcart Company as well as their rescuers.

Rebecca, I am not sure, Monday we were with clients until late in the evening so we weren't.  Dutch oven dinners are dinners where all of the dinner is cooked in Dutch Ovens usually using charcoal briquets as the heat source to cook.

Dale, I know what you mean!  There is something delicious about Dutch Oven cooked food!
