Ulster County NY News Update, Hudson River Walkway Set To Break World Record

Walkway Over the HudsonNow for an Ulster County NY News Update: A famous Hudson River Walkway is set to break yet another world record! Already holding the crown for "The World's Longest Elevated Pedestrian Walkway", Ulster County's own Walkway Over the Hudson will now attempt to host the Longest Ever Line of People Performing the world-famous Dance (wait for it...) the Hokey Pokey! Featuring 3,000 participants, this is a noble effort to put the Walkway, the community of Highland NY, and Ulster County, in the history books forever!

Ulster County NY Couple DancingThis beautiful Hudson River Walkway is set to break the world record, but still needs some more volunteers in order to make their 3,000 person goal. The Guinness Book of World Records will be in attendance to bear witness and validate this momentous occasion. So c'mon down and be a part of history! The giant Hokey Pokey line is part of the Walkway Over the Hudson's ongoing campaign to bring fun events and activities to the Hudson Valley region! After opening in 2009, the Walkway has exceeded expectations in attracting visitors and has inspired other visionary public projects!
