Las Vegas StatsI've personally seen a little bit more activity the last few weeks.  It will be interesting to see what happens in January...are people too wrapped up in the primary's and caucus'?  Do they (you) miss all the negativity in the news about the housing market?  Maybe by not hearing so much negativity will help drive the people out?

Inventory in Las Vegas is down just by almost 1,700+ over last month's figures.   Closings during December are down by 41 over November. Stats include all of Clark County NV.

Nice analysis.  The same thing is happenning here, but I am a bit pessimistic at this time.

Do you have the same stats for 2004, 2005, and 2006?

 Interesting to see what the trend has been.
