We are going to make it.

I'm just putting my ideas on paper.From the last office meeting we have numbers about market in King county .Well sales were down close to 30% based on sold units in November 2007 . I think the numbers for December were about the same.I have to say one thing though :during my open house last weekend I had really good traffic. I was surprised how many people showed up and how many are looking to buy. There is still mixed feelings about the future and it can take some time before we really will find out ,however it looks promising. DOM is little longer ,however we had a couple of bidding wars and multiple offers -just great. I'm looking forward to the summer sun ,because it rains and rains .Someone please put some  more optimism out there so people are not scared any more .
