I had the pleasure to represent an extraordinary couple who relocated to Colorado. We were sorry to see them go but a new adventure was calling!

They listen to the stager’s advice, rearranged furniture, had the windows washed, installed new carpet and worked diligently getting their home ready for market. Photos were taken and we went on market! Within two days we were under contract and then yikes the buyer terminated the contract before having inspections! Two days later we had another offer and this time with a buyer not stricken with buyer’s remorse.
