Wow! Residential home sales are up in Kansas City by 26% over last year and interest rates are down!! Buyers want in before the school year begins and what a great place this is to live. I have lived in Prairie Village for 28 years and it is a well kept secret...great schools, minimal traffic, fabulous restaurants and more. You must see it to believe it! There are also many surrounding areas with great home values and choices. Just went on agent tour today and there is so much to choose from!
