Finally Collin County can water again...
Collin County has been under a stage 3 water restriction for the longest time. Our lakes were drying up and since we couldn't water our landscapes were dying. Thankfully the rains have come and filled the lakes and provided enough water so we had a green spring and so far a green early summer.
Of course, this is Texas and it gets hots here. How hot? Well last summer we had 100 days with temps over 100 degrees in a row and little or no rain. Thats pretty hot, but now our water district has reduced our restrictions to a stage 2.
