Break Through the Stress of Change
“The pain of every change is forgotten when the
benefits of what change are realized.”
Tom Hopkins author, trainer, speaker
As I see it . . . . . . .
Break through the stress of change
It’s not a question if we will experience change; the fact is we will. It becomes a question of how often and how much change will come into our life.
Here’s a better question will you embrace change and look for the opportunities that change offers? Or will you resist change and create stress and pain in your life? Either way change is coming into your life and it comes down to how will you respond to the change?
You’re not going to be able stop the change that’s coming into your life. What you can do is to make change work for you.
Change comes into your life uninvited and with the force of a hurricane. You may try to resist the change and when you do it creates an inner straggle and stress. Resisting change will make the change more difficult to work with.
When you accept the fact that change is in your life, it becomes far easier to make the decision to make the most of the change. As you accept change you will find the opportunities that the change offers you.
By accepting change you will break through the stress of change and come through the change as a stronger person.

Change is a good thing...a good thing. With change comes renewed excitement and passion to move forward. All good stuff Lou!
I welcome change and certainly in the last couple of years all of us casn say that we have seen change. Not all of it was welcome, but the quote from Tom is well taken.
In sports the saying is "no pain, no gain." While we abhor change, we embrace the results! Enjoy your day!
