We charge by the hour for this service and you will find that most staging companies offer a similar service. If the homeowners are motivated they can most likely get the work done necessary to really make a difference in the appearance of the home.
In addition, there is so much information about staging on the Internet that really can make a difference in getting the home prepared without spending a lot of money. You just have to be willing to put your time into your project and it will really pay off.
