Thanks for sharing the very cool video! We were working all day yesterday and I let the day slip by me without noticing the sky. Just as the sun was setting my dad in law called asking if we checked it out. By the time I got to the front yard to try and catch the last glimpse it was sinking behind the West Mesa! So for this kid... not in this lifetime shall we say.

Hi Gary, I didn't get to see this, and glad you shared it with this video. Yes, it's truly amazing to see how things in our universe and nature work. Many of these events only happen once in a lifetime.
Gary, one of the things I find so startling is how round the planet is---and the sun for that matter.
We missed it in person, I guess I have to wait for another century? I have seen a lot of photos online and it sure look more than amazing.
