1. Have a trusted qualified Realtor consult you on how to price.
2. Clean, Clean, Clean- Get rid of old stuff that you don't use, organize closets, deep clean, clean fixtures, woodwork, and windows.
3. De clutter.
4. Put away family pictures/ depersonalize
5. Clean out garage and repaint walls
6. Repaint interior if needed using warm neutral colors (not white) and remove wallpaper if needed.
7. Repaint exterior if needed.
8. Repair gutters.
9. Clean up landscape and rake leaves.
10. Make sure the front door and stoop are clean and staged- flowers on step or simple yard art.
11. Clean or replace carpets.
12. Update as necessary- You can update inexpensively with paint and removing dating draperies and wallpaper.
