Positive Thinking

If you get the newspaper or watch the news, you know what the media is doing to our Real Estate Market.  My Broker in Charge recently gave the agents in our office a pep talk, in hopes of lifting our spirits and improving our attitudes toward our careers.  One thing that she asked of us was:  When people in the community ask us how the market is, to respond with "It's a great market, if you're a buyer".  I've been trying it (It's amazing how often I am asked that question) and my attitude has definitely improved...along with my job performance.  It really is a great market out there, and it will only get better in 2008.
