We are always searching for what separates us from the rest of the pack and sometimes it takes more than that! The biggest pet peave I had before I was a realtor was communication. It amazes me that we can't give our sellers feedback at least once a week. We are all busy but these are the people that are going to refer us hopefully to the next sale. Master the basics first with communication, fill there flyer box, drive by the home daily if not weekly and call them once a week even if there wasn't any showings! In order to stand out I always look for what is missing and that is why I invented the LISTINGLIGHT, a night light for real estate signs. The three people involved ina real estate transaction are the seller, the buyer and the agent. Our product benefits all three. The seller gets up to 150 extra hours of exposure, the buyers can see new or existing listings as they cruise neighborhoods ater work and the agents sell the property faster with the added exposure the LISTINGLIGHT provides. We also developed LISTINGLOCKS which replace the s-hooks and locks the sign to the post. How many times do we see our signs lying on the ground because of a wind gust??? Our website is www.LISTINGLIGHT.com and we have helped agents all over the world market their properties better with the LISTINGLIGHT. You don't want to be second in your farm area to have one?

Happy New Year!

Bob, I think what settles in with agents is fear that nothing has changed and they don't want to talk to their sellers. A poor excuse for communication I must admit, but I think that is the root of it.
