People will do business with people that they like, trust and have rapport with.

 

A business relationship has to be on solid footing for the relationship to move forward and to conclude in a successful transaction. When the business relationship is on a weak footing the potential for a successful transaction is unlikely and there is little or no chance for referrals. 

 

Referrals are earned one at a time as a result of the customer experience that you create and in your ability to bond with your customers.

 

Referrals are the key to sales success and a sustaining business model.

 

Satisfied customers will come back to do business with you and will refer you to others for business purposes. The deeper your roots are with referral base the more potential you have to increase your sales success.

 

Referrals and successful sales go hand in hand. Your referral base will contribute a large share of your annual business. If your goal is to increase your business and income you have to increase the number of your satisfied customers.   

 

Referrals are the key to your sales success and satisfied customers are the key to your referrals.
