In Response to the ANONYMOUS COMMENT about me, Tommy Decebal Adamescu related to NACHI infringement, and for ALL OTHER AGENTS that read it, please allow me to tell everyone that I Have Written Permission from the Printer to "use the text how ever I wish". This permission is IN WRITING and was given to me by the printer that sold me the brochures, and printer who is actually NACHI's Vendor.
I spoke to Nick Gromico, NACHI's FOUNDER and I told him that I have WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM THEIR VENDOR WHO SOLD ME THE BROCHURES to use this text on my Website, and He Withdrew Any and All Accusations.
IT WAS A MISUNDERSTANDING caused by lack of comunication and hearsay statements, and it was all STARTED probably at the "special request" of ONE OF MY COMPETITITORS.
After talking to Nick (NACHI's Founder) I also joined NACHI and now I am a member of this organization, which Gives me the Rights to Use This Text Anyway, regardless if I have the printer's permission or not.
Nick, NACHI's Founder Started a new thread on NACHI's message board to "Personally Welcome" me, Tommy Decebal Adamescu to NACHI ( see http://www.nachi.org/forum/showthread.php?t=24149 ) and he also stated that he would help me in any way ( see 1'st comment) and he considers me a friend ( see 5'th comment: "I called Tommy and spoke with him for a long time. He is the greatest and I consider him a friend. We're having dinner next time I'm out his way.").
In any case, this is the answer to him (my competitor) and a friendly advice: I know who you are! Please stop all this nonsense before it's too late. You may have to read the word "LAWYER" next to my comments. Let's better be friends and help each other. We're neighbors.
