The Top Realtor list is compiled for Hawaii Business by PKF Pacific Hawaii LLP, a tax, audit and advisory firm. The Top 100 Realtors are identified based on total sales volume in the home resale market for single family homes and condominiums as entered by the Realtor into the MLS systems on all islands. Every effort is made to identify and remove original (developer) sales from the listings. Primary listors receive 100 percent of the credit for the real estate transaction. If a Realtor represents the buyer and seller in a transaction, both sides are counted toward their total sales volume.
