Countrywide recently declared their third quarter results for 2007. And to say the least they did not look pretty. In addition to increases in deliquencies and foreclosures Countrywide declared a large loss, 1.2 billion dollars. This is pretty high when you consider the entire company is only worth 2.97 billion.
