I just love the snow piled on th edge of the roof. I've never had to sell a home in the snow.  Tons of rain, no snow.

Missy, what a nice condo!  I just met a man yesterday who just moved here from Ann Arbor.  He is actually from here but went to school there.  He still has a house there but is renting it out.  We bought an elliptical machine from him; now we just have to use it (lol).
