When does a landlord in Bedford do a walk through inspection?

When does a landlord or a property manager in Bedford do a walk through inspection?

As property manager in Bedford, the Witt-Fogleman Team does a move in/ move out walk through inspection. Usually this is done with the tenant, but it is always conducted. Tenants are asked to sign off on the condition of the property.

Why is a walk through inspection important?

This is for the protect of both the homeowner and the tenant. The document shows the condition of the home before the tenat takes possession and once they move out it lets everyone know what changes had incurred.

What happens if a tenat refuse to sign the move in/ move out Bedford home inspection report?

This has happened when a tenant didn't want to face up to the damage they created. Without the tenants signature the document is still valid, not to mention we also video tape in property before and after each tenant. This really takes the guess work and opinions out of the property condition.
