Albertville Friendly City Days ARE HERE! June 8, 9 and 10, 2012 Events

Albertville’s 25^th Annual Friendly City Days Are Here!

Come and join the fun. The City-wide Garage Sales Continue Today and All Weekend.

Today’s Events Include: Sporting Events such as the Fireman’s Eating Contest (I don’t want to miss that), Youth Baseball, Old Time Hockey, Men’s Softball, Battle of the Cities (Albertville and St. Michael) Kickball, Adult Volleyball.

At 4:00 pm get a pork chop dinner at the Central Park Lions Shelter.

7:00 pm “Road Kill” will be playing at the Central Park Lions Shelter. And, there is always a great turnout for this.

8 PM – 1 AM “The Shane Martin Band” and “Roy Dawson and the Bootleggers” will take the stage at the Central Park Entertainment Stage

10:00 PM Fireworks in Central Park (Rain Date will be tomorrow, but it doesn’t look like we will have rain this evening.

Tomorrow morning I will run down Saturday’s events for you to print out for your enjoyment.

Have a wonderful time, and drink plenty of water, because, oooooh, it’s going to be HOT!
