This month saw 11 homes sold in Wood Ridge compared with 4 sold in April, and is up from 5 sold in May last year. Spring Home Sales are in full swing right now in Bergen County, and mortgage rates continue to hover under 4% for 30 yr fixed rates.

This coupled with lower home prices makes it a great time to buy !
