It is not a home.  It was a model house built by another builder c. 1990 but it seemed like a 1980s house... and had a 1970s kitchen.  New England Homes made it into a "barn" about a year ago.  The interior is still a work in progress, but basically it was built as a house (model... road is too busy for residential, was too busy in 1990) it is an office but it looks like a barn.
