To anyone that cares.... my cottage listing in High Plains Village is under contract. Yes, the perception is that the market is very slow and with the recent snow storms, very few buyers. The lesson here is price it right, fix it up, keep it spotless, know your competition and be patient.
Remember: if no one comes to the dance floor, no one is dancing. Pricing it right (from the beginning) will get people to the dance floor (showings). With plenty of showings, a seller can expect and offer (assuming that it's fixed up and clean as a whistle).
