We received an email from a lender associate with Chase Mortgage and wanted to share it:

"There is a lot of talk of more changes coming for FHA. Hopefully we will see more increases in the maximum loan amount. I will keep you posted on the changes as they come out.

Remember to tell your first time homebuyers that Down Payment Assistance is going away in April! It will be a little harder to get "100% financing" after that. This is a good time to make a move if your on the fence!

We still offer our DreamMaker, Flex programs and other programs will 100% financing but they are all more credit score driven.
