Is this house still available, we are looking at a home in an active retirement community in Paso area.

Sorry I couldn't get back to you sooner.  Have been on the road most of the day...

This particular home sold very quickly.  It was leased so hard to show for the first 30 days on the market, but we closed escrow with the new buyer on Day 59.  The owner was from out of state, very motivated and unwilling to do any repairs, so it sold for $325,000.  This home really only needed some paint and a few repairs in the master bath, but the owner was a smoker when she lived there a couple of years prior to sale so that was a turnoff for some buyers.

To give you an idea of prices in Traditions, they range from about $270,000 for a 1200 sf model to mid $400,000+ depending on upgrades for the largest model which is around 2100 sf.

There is also another retirement community in Paso Robles called Quail Run.  That development has an older section with mobile homes $100,000+ and then a newer section with modular homes on permanent foundations in the $200,000+ range, also gated.  Quail Run isn't as upscale as Traditions, but the community is still very nice and has a community center, tennis court and large outdoor pool.
