34 Comments on Sometimes You Just Have to Go the Extra Mile for Your Raleigh, Cary, Apex Area Real Estate Clients...
I was just thinking, I wonder if they make a Hello Kitty automatic weapon that I can get for my new nieces.
Thanks for the help Craig.
Craig - I love this post. Yes, it's all about your attitude and you clearly have the right one. That's why you are are the guy for Raleigh.
Good morning Ctaig. I'm with Debbie on this one. You are clearly one of a kind and you do it all. Always a pleasure my friend.
wish there were more like you...
Eve in Orlando
I wasn't really intimidated by you before Craig... then I saw your gun. :)
Great post. We always go the extra mile. No other way to do it.
Yes you are one of a kind Craig in the Raleigh/Cary/Apex neighborhoods and you do stand out in a crowd. We too believe going above and beyond for our clients, but we just don't wear all the colorful outfits that we see you posing in!
I have a decent number of those no shave/work from home days lol.
Craig, I really think businesses like Nordstrom have raised customers expectations of customer services, I think what they expect now in a real estate agent is exceptional service, which you give them gladly.
Craig I think most of us go that extra mile for our clients. Great picture! My first giggle of the day!
Craig, most everyone is capable of adequate or average...words I never want to hear my clients say about me are...Nick was so incredibly adequate! I'm absolutely positive none of your clients have ever uttered those word when describing you...although your girlfriends might be another story :)
Craig, This added a bit of humor to my day. Thanks. And yes I saw an underwriter once sneaking into a liquor store right before it closed. LOL
Craig - I think everyone has said it best - your are the man with the best gun! No wonder you get referrals.
Craig, okay my friend where are you and your little pink gun?
Hey all,
We'll be on vacation for a few days.
Sitting on the beach in Eleuthera.
Here is one of the many views on the way to the home we've rented for the week...
See you all in about a week...... maybe!
Craig - I've been a little MIA in the Rain, but always stop by your blog when I log on! I'm so happy to hear your taking a well deserved vacation to Eleuthera! I was there 15 years ago for a sailing trip and it wasn't built up at all. I can't wait to see some photos of how it's developed since then. I do remember the most beautiful turquoise water! I think there are some ruins on the Island - you should find out. Enjoy and we'll see you when you get back!
Craig, so that's what you've been up to...now I'm officially jealous!
Craig, and now it's officially time to come back to work...otherwise I might have to come looking for you.
Hi Craig,
Looks like the perfect place for a week..we will miss you..take lots of pictures and have fun..I hope Heather doesn't mind you took off without her:).
First of all, Craig, I love your baseball card. I also love the pink gun and the cowboy.

Hi Craig, going the extra mile is what it is all about. Buyers and sellewrs need a little hand
holding from time to time. Keep up the good work.
