Ok here's my first thought about this often asked question - Why in heaven's name would you want to fry eggs on the sidewalk in Phoenix even if eggs did fry on the sidewalk? Who wants their food cooked on the sidewalk? All kidding aside a couple of years ago the kids decided they wanted to see if eggs would fry on the sidewalk on a hot summer day. They must have been very bored that hot summer day!
Sure - give it a try but you have to eat your eggs after they're cooked!
No I didn't say that, but I should have just to see the look of surprise on their faces! Why not let kids experiment and have some fun doing silly things? Frying eggs on the sidewalk in Phoenix seemed harmless and silly to me. Needless to say the experiment didn't go all that great and the eggs turned out kind of runny and full of gravel and dirt. But hey dirt is good for you, right? Like I said - Why in heaven's name would you want to fry eggs on the sidewalk in Phoenix? Just to see if we can he said! Now you know the answer to the fried egg FAQ.
