I've recently been discussing real estate as a p/t career with my husband and son.  Husband is semi-retired and son works as a police officer in another Texas city where we visit often to see him AND MY PRECIOUS GRANDDAUGTER.  We have even contemplated moving there.  Problem being Lubbock is our home and we have our MOM's and other PRECIOUS GRANDKIDS here.  Have contemplated living/working p/t in both cities.

I have questions about the team concept AND about how and if possible to work out of two different cities/market centers.  I will visit with my broker but wanted to get some infor from some of my KW 'Rainers.  Anyone have experience with this type of situation?

Could I keep stay with my Lubbock market center and sponsor husband and son at one of the Dallas are Market Centers? 

If we do that could we still form a 'team' or is that specifically for a group in one market center?

If my son has a listing or works with a buyer and needs my assistance, could I write a contract in my name for a transaction in another market center?

Any info would be helpful!  Thanks all!
