Last Week – June 10, 2012 – New to the Market.

 

This is a summary of new listings to the real estate market in the senior citizens community of Rossmoor in Silver Spring, Md.  Listings that have made it to market during the previous week are covered by this report.

 

During the week ending June 9, 2012, 11 homes have been added to the market forsale. In the one bedroom configuration, there was just one added to the market at $97,900.  Ten of the new listings were two bedroom homes, with the range of list prices of $89,900 to $339,500.  Also a three bedroom home was brought to market with a list price of $189,000.

 

During this week, three homes were also listed for rent, a one bedroom home for $1200/month, a two bedroom for $1400/month, ad a three bedroom for $2300/month.
