3 Comments on Only One Cupertino, Calif. Distressed Homes for Sale, June 10, 2012
Michelle -- it's interesting to see the different numbers of distressed sales in cities across California and the country. There was a news article in the Los Angeles Times yesterday about multiple offers and the low inventory of homes available for sale. As part of the article, it was reported a top REO listing agent was adding standard sales to his business mix as the number of bank owned properties decreases.
Michael, thanks for sharing about the LA trend in distressed homes. I hadn't heard that.
Michelle, it is a good news, only one distressed property for sale in Cupertino, CA. Bank owned properties mess up the market.
