If you have been doing short sales for any length of time you may have had the displeasure of doing a file with Aurora Loan Services.  Well, I have some good news for you!  They are closing down operations and transitioning any current loans ot other servicers.

Perhaps it was one of the many class action suits that did them in or the many consumer complaints regarding how they handled mortgages.  Whatever the reason, there is hope that those companies that continue to disregard their customers and how they handle short sales, loan modifications or collection of mortgage payments that eventually they will get what they deserved.

Perhaps other servicers will start taking customer complaints more seriously!  I am delighted that I will not have to do another short sale with them!!
