I looked up the mls for real estate activity in Hilltown township in May 2012.

I looked for residential listings sold in May . This does not include homes not listed, commercial and multi units . It is deemed to be correct but subject to errors and omissions.

There were 12 homes that settled in May 2012.

The average original list price was $ 277850.

The average last list price was $266300

The average sale price was $ 249604

Highest sale price was $460,000

The lowest sale price was $83,000

The average days the homes were marketed was 125

The average settled price to original price ratio 94.05 %

The average settled price to last list price ratio is 92.02%

The homes were priced high and sellers had to reduce price as seen from ratios.
