Today, I helped a client who has a condo at the Shores of Long Bayou in the Seminole | St. Petersburg area. While waiting in front of the building, I had the opportunity to enjoy a few quiet moments, and relax at the pond at the Shores of Long Bayou. My afternoon held a sweet surprise:
These little fellows entertained me and kept me company, they enjoyed the pond, along with turtles and lots of other wildlife. The baby birds would hover down in the grass – it looked like they were trying to hide, not very successfully in my eyes, but I recognize the attempt. The adult birds would come and go, into the water, out of the water, check on the babies, back in the water. I tried to use the internet to learn what kind of new friends I found today, but I am not a Florida native and not very familiar with our local birds, so I didn’t have much luck.
It was just one of the small moments that make Shores of Long Bayou such a great place to live. It is a gated condo community, built in 2002 with high ceilings, spacious and wide open floor plans, my client’s top floor unit, along with the majority of the buildings, has stunning water views overlooking Long Bayou.
All ages are welcome at the Shores of Long Bayou, it is a pet friendly, gated community with and amenities like heated pool, tennis, shuffleboard and workout facilities. It is located in the Zip code 33708, and sometimes comes up as St. Petersburg street address, but mostly the tax appraiser's office, locals and mapquest agree that it is in the City of Seminole.
