This all-brick 1819 historical house can be a home, business, or both....use your imagination!  At this time it is zoned R2 for James Wylie House B&B, on the National Register of Historic Places. This gracious and comfortable house with seven bedrooms, six baths and eight fireplaces offers 4,937 square feet on one acre of land.

Having been totally renovated in 1988 and 1989 with new plumbing, electrical, and some mechanical, the house and log cabin are in excellent condition. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with gardens, grapes/berries. The house roof was replaced in 2011 with a metal roof, copper and seamless gutters.

The 1794 log cabin sits behind the main house. It is a   2-story structure consisting of 700 sq. ft. complete with full kitchen. Walking into this cozy cabin, you will find a wood burning fireplace, and hardwood floors. The cabin is all electric with wiring and plumbing replaced in 2009. Metal roof and seamless gutters were replaced February 2012. This one bedroom cabin would be great rental income.
