A recent article on Kiplinger.com, regarding real estate expectations, quoted Fiserv Lending Solutions as stating, "The city slated to do the best is Clarksville, Tenn., between Nashville and Fort Campbell, Ky., with a projected 6.4% gain through 2009."

With all the housing unrest in certain areas of the country it's very encouraging to hear the positive words from the "professionals" on the expected growth of Clarksville Tennessee.
