Who can argue with such great sales techniques. I have always wondered though do these people really sell or do they have something that is in their voice that people gravitate to?

I am not really sure....but this guy Oren has actually closed the "biggest" of the "big" and then he sat down with a psychologist and studied the human brain and how it responds....great stuff...he actually even beat out two other parties in a $1 Billion airport presentation...Lately the only people I am willing to listen to are those who are "highly" successful and have the money or results to prove it...

Sure Claude...You know how there are so many sales trainers out ther for realtors...I have been in the business 15 years and seen or heard them all.. Buy Oren's book...you will never need a sales course again...he has raised billions in Venture Capital...he teaches you how to be in charge from the minute you walk in a room....no objection handling and other old washed up techniques..no scripts to remember...just be the PRIZE not them...

Sorry if I wnet on here..but I believe he has hit the nail on the head 100%...all the other stuff being taught is OK but not great...
