Stay away from that one.  It has mortgage fraud written all over it.  I would refuse to work with that Mortgage Broker again.

now we have to watch out for dishonest mortgage brokers. This shouldn't have happened.  I hold the lawyer accountable for this also. Guess we now have to keep our eyes open all the time.
