The Fairfield, Connecticut real estate market has been picking up over the past three months. More homes are selling and there is less inventory. In fact, the current inventory suggests that it would take more than 11 months to sell all the homes currently on the market.
This is still a Buyer’s Market in Fairfield, but the trend for all indicators over the past 3 months is in the direction of a more balanced market.
