Eric: REALTORS® in Colorado do not do land leases? This lot is not limited to a RV or a mobile home. You could build on it if you wanted to. But since it is for lease, most people will want to use it for recreation. ☺ Blessings.

Endre: It's located near the marina. You could walk to it, but it is not within the marina grounds. ☺
