Breaking: Mortgage applications soar to three-year high 
With interest rates below 4%, total mortgage applications for the week ending June 8 soared from the previous week, an industry trade group said.
The Mortgage Bankers Association noted that the refinance index increased more than 19%, reaching its highest level since April of 2009. Meanwhile, the seasonally adjusted purchase index increased about 13%, its highest in six months.>>Read More Housing Wire
