I went through the current active listings in the MLS defined area of South Beach in San Francisco and picked out a couple. They have each been on the market for at least a few months. One is a studio - priced at just $379,000 (by far the lowest in South Beach) and the other it is a 2 bed/1.5 bath condo in a small industrial style 3 unit building.
