Thinking of New Constuction in Potomac Club? Think Fast

If you are interested in new construction in the Potomac Club neighborhood you need to think fast.  Ryan Homes has one property left and then they are finished in the neighborhood.  Beazer homes has limited selection with only 16 stacked condos left.  There is one Vail model for November delivery and the rest of the units will be available in Spring 2013,

All homes in the Potomac Club are condominium ownership and the current fee for both the Aspen and Vail models are $261.00 per month.  This includes the use of the 18,000 SF clubhouse with indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, business center, residents lounge and rock climbing wall.  The condo fee also includes trash, exterior landscaping, snow removal and common area maintenance.

There are resale homes available in Potomac Club as well as new construction.  Recently my Ryan Townhouse listing sold in less than 24 hours.  The neighborhoods popularity grows with the new Potomac Town Center within walking distance, easy access to the VRE and I-95.
