If you are interested in new construction in the Potomac Club neighborhood you need to think fast. Ryan Homes has one property left and then they are finished in the neighborhood. Beazer homes has limited selection with only 16 stacked condos left. There is one Vail model for November delivery and the rest of the units will be available in Spring 2013,
Currently (June 2012) Beazer is offering incentives on their Aspen Model. The Aspen main level offers a living room, dining room and kitchen with both a front entrance and entrance from the one car garage. The second level offers a master bedroom suite, guest room and family room which opens to a deck. You can add a gas fireplace to the family or convert the family room to a third bedroom. The home offers 1550 SF and includes granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances standard.
If you need something a bit larger the Aspen may be your choice. The Aspen model are the two top levels of the stack (floors 3 & 4) and offers 2,215 SF of living space. The main living level offers a kitchen with island and adjoining family room. There is a formal living room and dining room on this level. The bedroom level has three bedroom levels with a master suite with walk-in closet. You can upgrade the master bath to a luxury bath with soaking tub and separate shower and add a gas fireplace to the family room.
All homes in the Potomac Club are condominium ownership and the current fee for both the Aspen and Vail models are $261.00 per month. This includes the use of the 18,000 SF clubhouse with indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, business center, residents lounge and rock climbing wall. The condo fee also includes trash, exterior landscaping, snow removal and common area maintenance.
There are resale homes available in Potomac Club as well as new construction. Recently my Ryan Townhouse listing sold in less than 24 hours. The neighborhoods popularity grows with the new Potomac Town Center within walking distance, easy access to the VRE and I-95.
