Sussie,
Interesting. Wal Mart doesn't make that many mistakes in their business. They must see something there.

Sussie...
More power to them, but I don't feel threatened in the least!
Lol at #2 - that's exactly what I was thinking too. Maybe there will be a future site... Realtors of WalMart.... hahaha.
Hi Sussie....how can anything good happen at walmart? I really hate that store....
Susie, is Walmart licensed in Texas to sell real estate? Interesting new trend on the road to making us more of a commodity if it goes nationwide.
I too hate going to Wal-Mart. If I have to go there I make it a point to only go as early as mid night. Barbara is right what really good thing happens at Wal-Mart?
Emily: A broakerage is opening it's doors in Wal-Mart. I will not list it's name but it is a brokerage. The email is not clear what state this is going to happen in.
You know how they are always slashing prices. I wonder if they will also slash commissions.
Sussie,
I was so scared to write I hate WAL MART but it is so good to know that I am not alone. I knew I was not crazy! No way would I feel threatened. Have a great weekend!
Yolanda - I live in a small town and because of my day job I see way too many people I know there. They all want to visit. I can spend two hours there just talking!
Wal Mart is a necessary evil in my extremely rural area. We don't have many shopping options. I can see buyers and sellers shoppping for their real estate needs at Wal Mart, because of the preception of getting a good deal.
When I lived in a small town-- I shopped at Walmart because that was our only choice. Now-- I never go there. I hope Wal-Mart provides some agents that an opportunity. But not my cup of tea!
Sussie, my cousin used to do that in Washington State at Costco. I believe she did get some business from it, not sure I would want to be in Walmart or Costco though.
Hey Mary! So she did it at Costco... Had to be where Wal-Mart got the idea. Well we will have to wait and see how that exactly works out.
