Having grown up in Glen Mills I could't help but look at the stats. i did n't know that all the land grants could be traed back to William Penn!
Doug and Gloria, only 104 days on the market for home for sale in Delaware County? It looks like your Delaware County real estate market is improving like so many other places. I like the bridge - really brings to mind your area for me.
Hi Laura, Thanks for stopping by. I figured many places here in SE PA have connections back to William Penn, so it was fun to see it printed on Wikipedia. Glen Mills is a nice area and getting very built up.
Hi Juli, When I do these stats every month I am always amazed at the average days on market, not bad. Not sure about the ones that are over prices and still active.....
