Dee was born in Ohio and grew up on the North Coast in Oak Harbor. She was raised on the work ethic of the farmer and has always loved seeing the fruit of hard work. After taking a job as administrative assistant to a top Toledo Realtor, Dee was instantly hooked on the real estate profession.

What a great idea Dee. Do you find that more for sale by owners are contacing you from this video. I thought you covered all the best reasons. Wondering how else do you use the video to genrate interst? Are you mailing them to FSBO's or just using the web? Thanks for sharing your post with us. :)

I have also posted this on my youtube channel - FindaHomeToledo. http://www.youtube.com/findahometoledo. I plan on making postcards and mailing the URL to area FSBO's, along with a campaign for a FSBO Helpkit that I am putting together. Truthfully, when it comes to this sort of stuff and ActiveRain, it's the best bang for your buck because of AR's great google juice. I'll most likely get inquiries for years to come from this post. I posted an entry about earnest money 5 years ago and STILL get emails from consumers about it!
