Attention Beer Lovers as Katy Brew Fest is Coming to Katy TX

Attention Beer Lovers as Katy Brew Fest is Coming to Katy TX on Saturday June 23, 2012 at Villagio Town Center in Katy TX. The Katy Wild West Brew Fest will feature 25 specialty crafted brewers for attendees to taste and enjoy. Villagio Town Center is located at the corner of Westheimer Parkway and Peek Road in Katy TX. The Fest will begin at 2 PM and last until 6 PM.

In addition to all the wonderful beers available to taste and drink there will be limited food from local restaurants. All proceeds from this event go to the Katy Rotary Club for their scholarship fund and other Katy related activities fund. Country music will be played by the band Horizon.

Tickets will be limited. The basic admission ticket is priced with advance purchase at $25 per ticket. This includes general admission into Brew Fest, wristband, commemorative first year tasting cup, Brew Fest guide and most important 12 drink tickets. If you purchase the basic ticket at the door the cost is $30 per ticket. Additional drink tickets will be available for $10 each. (Will anyone really need additional drink tickets after 12 tickets are used?)

There is also a VIP ticket and it will cost $60 per ticket in advance and $75 per ticket at the door. The VIP ticket provides the entrant with all of the benefits a General admission ticket provides plus the tasting cup will be a VIP version, a VIP bag and access to the VIP exclusive tasting tent. The VIP tent will be open at 1 PM and will feature several craft brews not available to the general public.

Thanks for your comments. The Brew Fest if you are a beer drinker is a must attend. Personally we drink dignicantly more wine than beer. I do love a cold draught German or English beer and some ales.

No doubt the Wild West BrewFest in Katy Texas will be well attended. I"m not a big beer drinker, but my husband likes to sample brews from different regions. However, after a strenuous hike, or skiing, there's nothing like any icy cold beer.
